  • Marketing and Communications Data including your Buyer Information, your preferences in receiving electronic marketing communications from us, your communication preferences, your acceptance of invitations for and your attendance at property release events, viewings and other events we (or our estate agents) host, and in some cases your personal image contained in photographs or videos we take at these events.
  • Technical Data such as technical and device-related information from your use of our website.
  • Usage Data including information about how you use our website, for example the webpages you view or search for, length of visits and page interaction information.

We do not request or collect any special categories of personal data about you (this is personal data that reveals racial or ethnic origin, political opinions, religious or philosophical beliefs or trade union membership; genetic data; biometric data for the purpose of uniquely identifying an individual or data concerning health or sexual orientation).

CCTV: If you visit our offices at which we operate CCTV, we may collect CCTV Data that relates to you.

If you purchase a home from us, we will retain your personal data for the full term of the structural guarantee, which is 10 years from the completion of your purchase.
